Absolutely the best contractor and technicians I have ever worked with! I can’t recommend them more highly. My furnace died and I had three different companies come to give me an estimate. This was the only one that didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t want or need, and didn’t try to oversell any additions to my original request. It saved me (and them) a lot of time reviewing furnace models and options that I wasn’t interested in. Their prices were great, their service was outstanding. No hidden additional costs, They were very communicative about when and how they were doing things. The technicians that came to install the new furnace and remove the old one were efficient, friendly, polite and clean. I am very happy with the finished product and I will definitely use them again!

My 20-year-old furnace started making a lot of noise, so it was clearly time for a replacement. I reached out to two established vendors as well as Black Lotus.
Unlike the other companies, whose "salespeople" spent half the time on branding and pressured me with "same-day decision" discounts via manager phone calls, Charlie was a breath of fresh air. He was hands-on, explained his proposal clearly, more importantly, he identified all potential risks from installation to the control panel.
On installation day, Steve and Parker arrived right on time. They were extremely professional—despite me telling them they didn't need to, they still removed their shoes and laid down floor protectors. They cleaned up so well that the floor actually looked better than before they arrived! Steve also gave me a very efficient walkthrough of the Honeywell control panel. I highly recommend Black Lotus; these guys are truly professional and know their craft.

We decided to proactively replace the two furnaces in our home. Not such a stretch as both were approaching the 30 year mark. We met with multiple HVAC companies and actually were impressed with the presentation of ALL three - But honestly, I didn't quite get the range in bids we received; it was pretty shocking. We're generally not those folks that immediately take the lowest bid because I like to avail myself of reviews, recommendations and my own instincts. There was something that struck a cord whilst talking with Charlie L. from Black Lotus. It would be weeks before we made our decision to replace the furnaces, but we decided to go with the smaller outfit. The work was brilliant. Parker, Steven and Chris showed up this morning and what had been scheduled to be a two day job was completed in 5.5 hours. These fellas didn't even stop for a break!
Black Lotus might not currently have the marketing chops of the bigger outfits, it's worth giving them a meeting. We're glad we did.
