Scheduling was simple, got the tech onsite next day, and resolved the issue with the wall mini splits quickly, and provided pictures along the way to keep me posted on status and verify the work as I wasn't able to be home at the time. There was crazy dirt buildup on the blower wheels and drain pans that were causing hugs bits of junk to be spit out the units when running the AC during our early June heatwave. They quickly diagnosed the cause, disassembled and cleaned thoroughly and back to running 100% clean. I and the tenant couldn't be happier. Black Lotus is my go to HVAC team for my rental property - have used them a couple times already - and highly recommend!
